Submission Process

We review speaker proposals on a rolling basis. Sessions often fill well ahead of the event, so we recommend applying early.

All proposals will be evaluated by The Central Asian Expo content team and advisory partners based on relevance, originality, and educational value.

Presentation Proposal Expectations

To ensure a high-quality program, proposals should:

Focus on actionable insights, not vendor pitches
Highlight strategies, frameworks, or lessons learned that attendees can immediately apply
Include evidence of real-world results, case studies, or credible experience
Be structured clearly with a defined title, description, and takeaways
